Caminhos Cruzados has the pleasure of inviting you to visit their property and stay overnight in your motorhome at their facilities. After purchasing your product, you are welcome at the farm store to check-in, and be filled in on the rules you should respect throughout your stay.
Caminhos Cruzados was born from the transformation of a former agricultural company into a modern wine producing company.
Situated in Vilar Seco, Nelas municipality, in the Viseu district, Quinta da Teixuga is a 30-hectare property. Located in the heart of the Dão Region, it is surrounded by mountain ranges such as Serra da Estrela and Caramulo. This location allows for excellent thermal amplitudes for good grape maturation leading to their slow ripening producing wines with rich aromas and good acidity.
The permanent ambition to make wines, modern, complex and authentic, true ambassadors of the differentiating identity of the Dão region moves us.
We assume to take this heritage world outside.
We have two parking spaces overlooking the vineyards.
Open from Monday to Saturday, from 9a.m. to 1p.m and from 2p.m. to 6p.m.
We have different experiences (prices and conditions on request):
Around 20 Km from our winery you can visit Viseu, highlighting its historical centre, Fontelo Park, Aquilino Ribeiro Park, among others.
For those who love cycling, the 49 km long Dão Ecopist is the longest ecopist in Portugal and perhaps also the most beautiful, built on the deactivated railway line between Santa Comba Dão and Viseu.
