Monte do Pintor has the pleasure of inviting you to visit their property and stay overnight in your motorhome at their facilities. After purchasing your product pack, you are welcome at the farm store to check-in, and be filled in on the rules you should respect throughout your stay.
Monte do Pintor is a true oasis in Alentejo, which breathes tranquility and appeals to serenity. Such a special place can only produce truly inspired wines.
The deep respect for the land and for the people’s traditions has always guided the farm of the property, which has about 200 hectares, 30 of which are occupied by vineyards and 80 by cork oak forests. The vineyard is installed on gentle slopes exposed to the south in soils that define a distinct “Terroir“. For a stage and aging that allows to underline the quality of the grapes of Monte do Pintor, the installations are underground in order to maintain a natural low temperature range and the bet is made on French Oak barrels. For the design of the bottles labels produced at Monte do Pintor was naturally chosen someone with strong ties to the Alentejo and with recognized sensitivity for everything beautiful, the sculptor and ceramist João Cutileiro.
At Monte do Pintor we produce medium-high quality wine, always with the utmost dedication to the smallest detail. We try to make our wines reflect the serenity we breathe here and the quality of life.
We have 2 parking spaces on our property for a autonomous motorhome (with toilet), next to a small dam.
Open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5p.m.. Saturday only by appointment. Closed on public holidays. Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
