Monte das Louzeiras has the pleasure of inviting you to visit their property and stay overnight in your motorhome at their facilities. After purchasing your product pack, you are welcome at the farm store to check-in, and be filled in on the rules you should respect throughout your visit.

About us

Monte das Louzeiras is located in Alentejo near the Spanish border, between Seville (180km) Serpa (16km) in the Serra Adiça nestled in a 40 ha olive grove with trees around 300 years old and a vineyard. On the farm you will also find sheep, horses, dogs, cats, geese, chickens, peacocks an ostrich and much more. We produce our wine in amphorae and oak barrels. In our store you can find besides wine: olive oil, piri piri, honeys, cosmetic products from olive oil, vinegars and flavoured salts and oils.

What we do

We produce wines in amphorae and oak barrels, olive oil “with soul”, vinegars, honey, chillies and also about 19 cosmetic products based on olive oil and herbs from Monte.

Parking conditions

We have 10 parking spaces for an autonomous motorhome (with toilet) surrounded by olive trees overlooking the palm tree park and garden. Possibility to use the bathroom,  shower, lounge and pool included. Possibility to book more than one day.

Timetable

Open every day from 10:00 to 19:00. Bookings for the same day should be made no later than 2 p.m.

To discover nearby

On the nearby river Guadiana with the gorge Pulo do Lobo or the Alqueva, the largest reservoir in Europe, you can discover the impressive landscapes by canoe or boat. On foot you can reach the small village of Vale de Vargo. With a 30 min drive you can reach the small town of Serpa where you can visit cultural events or museums. It is considered the capital of the Cante Alentejano, a traditional choral singing of the region recognized by UNESCO as Cultural Heritage of Humanity since 2014.
