About us

Estrada Estate preserved its origins and close connection to the land. The house of the Quinta dates back to 1820 and is located in the parish of Poiares, Peso da Régua. The properties with a total of 50 hectares of vineyard are also located in Covelinhas and Bujões. From the times when wine was transported by ox carts, there are buildings with wine presses scattered around the Quintas. In the alembic, still present as a historical piece, the brandy used to drip in the cold winter months.

What we do

The estate has its own wine cellar where fortified wine and Port wine are produced, as well as our Douro wines. Additionally, it is a rural tourism unit where the reunion with tradition and the view over the vineyards are a constant reality.

Parking conditions

We have 3 parking spaces overlooking the vineyards and gardens for an autonomous motorhome (with toilet). Swimming pool (5€/person) and laundry (6€) facilities are available.
